Warranty Services

For hardware products serviced by PDU-eXpert technicians, that warranty shall be limited to the correction and repair of any defects by restoring the products to a good operating condition. PDU-eXpert is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.

Product Maintenance Agreement

Service package that provides customers with the maximum insurance, necessary protection, and minimum interruption to carry on with daily critical operations. Offers unlimited advanced replacement units, and guarantees 2-hour Technical Support response time. Provided on annual basis. For more details please contact your sales representative.

Advance Replacement Program

PDU-eXpert Advance Replacement Program is put together specifically for customers who run critical operations where downtime should be reduced to the minimum. PDU-eXpert objective is to replace on-site failing or non-working products, in the most expedient manner.
